When will my order ship?

Give us 3-7 business days to process, pack, and sprinkle confetti on your parcel. After that, it's wheels-up! USA deliveries average 5-20 business days, while the rest of the world takes 7-30 business days.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Keep an eye on your email (and your spam folder, just in case). If you lose the link, just use the contact form above and we'll hunt it down for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Zero penalties! Just email us with the subject "cancel" within 24 hours of ordering. If your parcel has already left the building, we'll try to recall it-otherwise, treat it as a free return once it arrives.

What if my item arrives damaged?

The joke is that you bought it, not that it broke! Everything we carry is genuinely well-made. But if the delivery truck played football with your package, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
