The 30-Day “Oops-I-Changed-My-Mind” Window
You’ve got 30 calendar days after your parcel lands to start a return. After that we’ll assume you and your new treasure are living happily ever after.
Keep It Cute – Return Conditions
- Unworn / unused (no perfume, pet hair or mystery stains)
- Tags still on & original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (email receipt is fine)
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@ijustcanthelpmyself.com with your order number & a quick pic of the item.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hrs (because instant gratification is our thing).
- Drop it at any post office and keep the tracking receipt – lost returns can’t be refunded.
Speedy Exchanges
Fastest way: return the old, then immediately order the new. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return scans in.
No-Return Zone
We can’t take back: perishables, custom/personalised pieces, beauty products, gift cards, or clearance items marked “final sale”. If in doubt, ping us first.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free – no return needed.
Refunds – The Grand Finale
Once your parcel is back and inspected we’ll refund the original payment method. Banks can be slow (up to 10 business days) but we’ll hit “approve” instantly.
